If you are really into impersonal health care, this is the clinic for you. I have been using this clinic for years because they had some amazing doctors. Both of those providers left and for some reason, the Monroe clinic is very into having a limited number of care providers split their time between several locations. This means that every trip to the doctor is a whole new experience because every time you go, you will see a different receptionist, nursing staff, and usually a different doctor. I am not sure if this is because the have a severe staff shortage or if staff refuses to spend too much time at this location. Either way, it has turned into a deal breaker for me. I want a doctor who knows me, knows my children, and can move forward with our care instead of starting over each visit with a team of people who have no idea what has been going on.
